Every year we fly IFR to KOSH on Sunday having reserved an early arrival slot via eSTMP (Traffic Mgmt Program for IFR Arrivals).
And every year I would relay our reservation time to my father who, knowing our arrival time, would watch the Warbirds North camera (RWY 9/27) and critique our landings. I actually have a screen grab picture of the bottom of the DA40 glowing green ("the Green Dot") as the wheels touched the runway surface.
Note - I was later informed that "even a blind squirrel may find a nut once in a while..."
Enjoy this video of the 2018 Sunday arrivals after the wx had improved significantly. When we arrived we flew the RNAV/GPS 27 approach nearly to minimums.
