The Board has certified the voting for the reincorporation of EAA Chapter 21, Inc. The results were 30 to 1 in favor of the reincorporation process, all resolutions and amended Bylaws. The transfer of assets in the form of a Bill of Sale was completed today during the Leadership team meeting. Effectively we can now operate as a charitable organization, the so-called 501(c)3. EAA National HQ has also approved the amended Bylaws and these will be posted soon in the Members section. We will discuss these and other business topics in more detail during our next regular meeting on August 9th, 2017. Regards, Bill |
